Position: Compliance Clerk or Compliance Officer

Primary Responsibilities:
Compliance Clerk II: Assists the Compliance Officer with the monitoring, coordination, and completion of all regulatory documents for compliance with all federal and state regulations relating to the credit union. Serves as the BSA Officer for the credit union. Stays abreast of current regulatory and legislative trends and issues impacting the credit union.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or equivalent experience.
2. Five years of experience in credit union or other financial institution, preferably in Operations or related area.
3. Knowledge of credit union regulations.
4. Must be organized, analytical with an attention to detail and able to meet deadlines with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/tasks.
5. Must have strong PC skills, including Word.
6. Must be able to communicate (both in oral and written form) effectively and professionally to internal and external customers.

 

Position: Administrative Assistant/SEG Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist the Business Development Manager in servicing members. Duties consist of designing posters, making follow-up calls, going out to various locations to recruit new members and participate in business events promoting the Credit Union.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or higher education with a minimum of 3 years clerical work experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
3. Valid driver license, a clean driving abstract, and access to a vehicle
4. Graphic design experience helpful
5. Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and able to meet deadlines
6. Able to communicate in English (both in oral and written form) effectively and professionally to internal and external customers
7. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
