We are excited to officially welcome the members of The Queen’s FCU to Hawaii Central FCU! 

The system conversion between the two credit unions was completed on February 2, 2016.  TQFCU members may now take advantage of HCFCU’s wider range of financial products and convenient services, including free online bill pay, free in-lobby coin counting machine (located at main branch at 681 S. King Street) and surcharge-free access to all First Hawaiian Bank and CO-OP ATMs.   Through this merger, we welcome five new employees to our credit union ohana.  Please welcome Natasha Flores, Joan Hookano, Mona Llanos, Mark Lum and Edwina Suzuki!

We are also excited to announce that The Queen's FCU Harkness Branch in Room 139 at The Queen’s Medical Center has been completely renovated and is now open as a branch of Hawaii Central FCU. Our Harkness office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday 7:15 AM - 4:30 PM.

TQFCU Debit Cards

Effective February 2, 2016, your TQFCU Debit Card is now reactivated and you may continue to use it as normal.  You also now have surcharge-free access to over 200 First  Hawaiian Bank ATMs and nearly 28,000 CO-OP ATMs nationwide.  Click here to find your nearest surcharge-free ATM.  Please note you no longer have surcharge-free access to Hawaii National Bank and American Savings Bank ATMs.  To access your Debit Card rewards, click here

TQFCU Credit Cards


You may continue to use your current TQFCU Credit Card as normal. To access your credit card account online, log on to HCFCU's Virtual Branch Online Banking.  

Personal Checks


For members that previously held TQFCU personal checks, a starter pack of HCFCU personal checks should have already been mailed to you.  Please begin using your new HCFCU checks in place of your TQFCU checks.  If you did not receive your HCFCU personal checks, please call us at 536-3677.
